1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between your organization ("Customer", "you", or "your") and Arham Workspace ("we", "us", or "our"), governing access to and use of INBOX by Arham Workspace (including inbox.arhamworkspace.tech, the webmail client, administrative console, and associated APIs).
By registering an organization account, adding a domain, or accessing any mailbox through INBOX, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts & Domain Authority
- Authorized Representative: The individual creating the account warrants that they possess legal authority to bind their business or organization to these Terms.
- Domain Ownership & DNS Verification: You represent and warrant that you own or are legally authorized to manage DNS configuration and routing for any custom domain names you connect to INBOX. Domain ownership must be successfully verified via DNS records (TXT / MX / DKIM / SPF) before email can be provisioned or routed.
- Credential Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding all administrative and mailbox login credentials and immediately reporting any unauthorized access.
3. Free Trial & Subscription Terms
- 1-Month Free Trial (Lite Offer): Eligible new organizations receive access to the Lite Plan, providing up to 10 business mailboxes free of charge for their initial thirty (30) days. No credit card is required to begin the trial.
- Plan Quotas & Storage: Each plan level carries specified mailbox limits and storage allowances per mailbox. Account administrators can view real-time storage metrics within the admin console.
- Subscription Renewals & Payments: Following the expiration of promotional trials, continuing service requires enrollment in a paid subscription plan. Payments are billed recurringly via our authorized payment gateway partners (including Razorpay) in Indian Rupees (INR) or supported currencies.
- Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) or local taxes, which will be calculated and itemized on your invoices as required by Indian tax legislation.
4. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy
To preserve deliverability and protect the shared IP reputation of our sending infrastructure, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy against abusive emailing practices:
- Prohibition of Unsolicited Bulk Email (SPAM): INBOX is designed for legitimate business correspondence. Sending unsolicited marketing blasts, purchased contact lists, cold-scraping outreach, or affiliate spam is strictly prohibited.
- Phishing & Malware: Using our services to transmit viruses, trojans, ransomware, phishing lures, or deceptive email spoofing is grounds for immediate, permanent account termination and referral to law enforcement authorities.
- Reputation & Bounce Monitoring: High bounce rates (exceeding industry thresholds of 5%) or spam complaint rates (exceeding 0.1%) may trigger automatic transmission throttling or temporary sending pauses while our anti-abuse team investigates.
5. Customer Data Ownership & Confidentiality
- 100% Customer Ownership: You retain complete, unencumbered ownership of all email contents, attachments, contacts, logos, and custom domains uploaded to or transmitted through INBOX.
- No License to Data: We claim no intellectual property rights or ownership over your content. We process email data solely as an automated technical conduit to provide routing, storage, and synchronization.
- Zero Commercial Exploitation: As affirmed in our Privacy Policy, we do not inspect, mine, or monetize email contents for advertising or AI training purposes.
6. Service Availability & Maintenance
We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for active mail exchange (SMTP) and webmail access:
- Redundancy: Our mail clusters in AWS Asia Pacific (Mumbai) feature automated health checks and failover mechanisms.
- Scheduled Maintenance: When system upgrades or kernel patches are required, we aim to perform updates during low-traffic windows with advance notice provided on the status page or via email.
7. Cancellation, Data Export & Termination
- Cancellation: Administrators may cancel their subscription or close their organization account at any time through the billing dashboard.
- 30-Day Data Export Window: Upon cancellation, your accounts remain accessible in read-only mode for thirty (30) days, enabling your administrators to export mailboxes using standard IMAP/JMAP protocols.
- Data Deletion: After 30 days following cancellation, all mailboxes, indexes, and stored files are permanently and irreversibly purged from our servers.
- Termination for Cause: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service immediately without refund if you breach Section 4 (Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam) or fail to remedy payment default after notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arham Workspace and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruptions, or data loss arising from service disruptions, network outages, or third-party DNS errors beyond our reasonable control.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad / Mumbai, India.
